It's winter time now
November 13, 2012
We've been teaching Luke about the different seasons recently. When he woke up this morning and looked outside the window, he was very confused. He turned to me and asked in a troubled voice, "What is it covering the ground, Mommy?" When I explained to him that it was snow, he became very excited. He couldn't wait to get outside and check this stuff out. He was so young last winter, and besides that we had so little snow last year, that he honestly didn't remember what snow was.
I hadn't even bought gloves for Luke yet, so he had to wear mine. He didn't seem to mind.
Well the snow didn't last more than a few hours before it had all melted away. But as Luke informed me, this means one thing: its Christmastime now!
